EAD/AP timeline after EB1 retrogression
My PD Aug 2022 and 485 submitted Oct 2022 with approved i140. Didn't hear back on EAD/AP yet. Anyone who got them approved with the similar timeline? @NBC

Yep! My PD and 485 was submitted in Aug 22. 140 approved in Sep and EAD in Oct.

I think it’s late since I didn’t have my 131 and 485 approval yet :/

same both.. EAD/AP filed in oct.. but nothing yet... (not even biometrics)

@RS, yeah! I would recommend getting in touch with Emma on the biometrics since your case is not moving as per the norms. good luck!

thanks John. I did reach emma and confirmed that they were able to apply previous biometrics to my application (I am guessing from my canada visa application last year).

My PD is Aug 2022. submitted 485 in Oct 2022 - biometrics in Nov 22 but no EAD/AP yet. sigh!

I just got my AP (131) approved today. No update on 485 though since i retrograded

they seem to be closing gap on aug/sep pending ead cases now... hopefully oct should accelerate soon https://hilites.today/uscis_cases/month_group

I’ve an eb 2 priority date of 2019 and now a pending aos on eb1. will my case be affected by retrogression?
