Same here, Fingerprint fee received, I predict one may expect receiving biometric appointment notice one month after fingerprint fee receipt. when did your case was received?

you can expect to complete fingerprint appointment two months after your case was received. This is just prediction and reality might be different.

I gave biometrics in October and no update since then

@m b, yes I’m eb1-a. haven’t heard anything since I gave biometrics. meaning I don’t know if I will have an interview or not.

@SP, I guess that your interview will be waived considering the gap after your biometric appointment. Did you already received your EAD and AP?

@m b, still waiting on ead and ap as well. I applied ead same time as 485. AP I applied recently because I couldn’t keep waiting anymore for 485. hopefully interview is waived, strange timeline on my case.

EB1A I140 - approved july 2021 (premium process) I485 - fingerprint updated december 2021 and still waiting EAD and AP - approved e received in may/june 2022

thats awesome I gave my fingerprints/biometrics on June 29th. no change in my i485 or i765 status. fingers crossed to hear something in near future

@SP, Any update on your case? any news about your EAD/AP ?

@HM, We all will get green card by the end of this September. It just a matter of few days difference. Based on recent case approval on many cases, I am guessing that I-485 processing is taking anywhere between 110-150 days after I-485 submission, this May applies to only NBC.

I got “case remains pending” on July 6th. nothing since.

no updates on my case too.. 101 days and still says fees received.

Same here, no updates, but it says biometric has been completed since last 45 days.

mine is 95 days since submission

thanks H M and I did call them, however it is still ok for their processing time and there is nothing to do. I will be able to inquire only in March of 2023, so we will wait.
