can you let me know when your i485 was transferred to NBC and further FO before approval? my i765 & i131 have been approved in similar timeline as yours but i485 is still ata NBC..

@n s Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your timeline. I am also a EB-1A applicant @ TSC and have been waiting adjudication or transfer to NBC since August 15th 2022. My I-140 was approved on 01 Sep 2022. Till now neither my case is transferred nor EAD/AP is approved. I was of the opinion that EB-1A cases generally languishes @ TSC for months/years without adjudication but your EB-1A I-485 approval certainly give some hope to me.

@Blue Blue : I was able to file I 485 only after using my NIW priority date. as I am from India, the date from eb1a i140 wouldn't have been current.
