non-concurrent Oct/Nov cases are being reviewed at Texas service Center. There is a lot of delay for concurrent applications. You might get your EAD in 3-4 months but for i140 I guess it is going to take sometime.

also today I came to know that Texas service Center has put a hold i140 review from Dec 2020 as there is a law suit filed against USCIS for delaying H4 EAD and i539 cases.

it means i will have long to go for i140

We have filed in Dec 2020 In EB1 C category… more than 1 year, still waiting for i140 approval for faster processing moved to Texas SRC series. and 485 Filed in April 2021 Biometrics in June.Because of i140 decision 485 is also pending anyone received it recently

Texas retrograde again. now it is oct 2017

I know quite a few who already received the GC with same timeline.

Seems the link may be more for EB2 or EB3. for EB1C it us still getting worse.
