I’m the same (EB1C) since 205 days, nothing yet (Nebraska)

I'm on the same page. Concurrent filing of i140 and i485 for eb1c case. Filed just 2 weeks ago in Texas as well. I guess 1-1.5y.

Mine is also concurrent i140, i485, 131, 765 all together, filed in May 2021. Biometrics done June 21. EB1C - i140 pending approval - Nebraska.

@IN - so you got EAD and travel document without i140 approval??
I
I NSep 17, 2021
@CU - that's correct. Many websites I've seen say that you get EAD within 90 days of concurrent filing. I-140 takes longer than 90 days.

@IN - Wow congrats. i can say i learn new things everyday. i have seen and heard that when concurrent filing is done. firstly i140 is reviwed and post that 485, 765, 131 is done. so this is new to me that EAD and TD gets done early and i140 and 485 takes sweet time. In this scenario mine is 120 days past submission so i guess i should check on the EAD status atleast. thoughts?

@CU - My case was accepted September 18, EAD approved January 27, so a bit over 4 months. Chances are you're close to EAD at this point!

@I N: unfortunately that’s not the case in 2021, EAD/AP takes much time now (7 months+)

@IN @John - I always heard and saw that concurrent filing is a much faster process - so lets hope that continue and we all get approvals soon!
S MSep 17, 2021
@CU - my i140 and i485 were filed separately as in March this year EB1c wasn’t current. however, my company filed i485 in April when it became current. will that cause a delay? why do you think? also, FWIW, my i485 was transferred from NBC to Texas for “faster processing” per USCIS 🙁

C USep 17, 2021
@SM - i dont think there is any delay in doing separate i140 and i485. but i have had some instances in my acquaintance where concurrent resulted in faster results specially after the i140 approval the 485 765 131 is a much faster. But then these things can change anytime. when you say your 485 transferred to texas for faster processing, that's good news- does uscis send any notice for this or you called them to check?
S MSep 17, 2021
I got a transfer notice. thanks!
