12 days after notice.

Well, more than 50% recieve desition in the first 7 days. I updated my I-140 to PP on Feb 22 (21 days) and still waiting for desition. today I saw a comment from an applicant who issued PP and have 33 days and still waiting.

mine took 10 days after notice

@J M delay without RFE is equal to approval. if something was missing or rejection, you would have already received RFE

10 days after notice once conversion to premium showed up. Got an RFE and now it has been 7 days since.

@Chuck White Lawfully information does not fit EB2 NIW. Most EB2 NIW are beyond 11days. Probably, someone is delaying to sign or register document about your file. No RFE, No update beyond 11days is approval. Your case will be approved. I have been here for a while and have been tracking this information. Before 45days you will receive approval notice.

if you file premium do you get any status change inmidieatly in your app or do you have to wait until the accept the premium process ? how long does it take to for the premium to get accepted ?

@r f I received telephone and email notification 24 hours after the post office delivered my premium processing application to USCIS. I had mailed it using express mail one day delivery. it was delivered on a 30th and on 31st I got receipt notice by email and by text.
