eb3-3 unskilled Interview questions?
my case was just changed to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
Got a few quick questions.
1. What kind of questions do they ask at the interview?
2. A lot of people’s interviews are being waived, if mine is called in for an interview, does that mean there is something wrong?
3. Can they waive interview from this point forward or is an interview set in stone?

Mainly when there are questions about the file is when the interview is called for. Again, not always but, mainly. I’m EB3 and in my interview I was first asked to give all my passports and then the officer went over the whole I-485. Then he asked me about my job and the employer related questions such as, how did I find the job etc. My only advise to everyone going for the interview is that TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT EVERYTHING! My lawyer had marked some questions on the 485 without running them by me and when asked I told the truth. These lawyers are twisting things that aren’t helping cases and I can assure you that these officers know. Good luck and yes the message can change to interview waived….you never know.
