My case was transferred to NBC from Nebraska on 03-22- 2022. I did my biometric on 02-02 2022 in Dallas Texas. Now my case has been move to different field office “ Las Vegas NV” on 04- 20-2022. Still waiting for medical RFE.

I believe these are just generic status messages. Sometimes it probably also just means it was randomly picked for quality check. i don't think they will approve fast

hello everyone, we have received our pyshical notice today and it says the case has been transferred to NBC. The priority date is shown as 11/25/2020. So what’s the significance of the priority date? Does it necessarily mean we have to wait until it’s current which is almost 1.5 years away? What’s everyone else’s priority date? Thanks

guys i saw more than 10 people on the different immigration website it's been More than 5 months after transfer to NBC but no update sorry but it's unfortunately true Someone waiting 4 months other person waiting for more than 5 months but still no UPTADE after transfer NBC unbelievable it's mean if you get your case transfer from Src or TSC to NBC it doesn't mean anything still waiting like before it's unbelievable it's ridiculous.. Emma tier 2 officer doesn't work Congressman request doesn't work Also outside processing time request doesn't work

@j f I saw online. I have already started preparing for the medical exam (proof of vaccination is ready, and I have scheduled the medical exam for next week). It sounds so unreal after 17 months of waiting and radio silence.

@ Dana Chitfos Best of luck! I asked because my case had been transfered to NBC on April 29 and transferred to FO on May 11th. Very similar timeline to yours.

okay i figured out i was thinking my case in NBC but today Emma gave me so weird information my case in memphis tennessee service center and she told me At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 90 days. and i asked her my case is looks like over processing time according to tools and she said Please be advised that posted processing times are goals based on Field Office averages. These goals are subject to change and can vary from office to office. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays in processing.
