the same thing happened to me, if you check the link that they send to you, you will see that your appointment in your origin country, and they ask to pay the fees that you already paid. So I called to NVC, and they ask me to send an inquiry with the proof that I’m in adjustment of status in the USA and that I came to the country legally. I called to de USCIS and they told me that I have to wait until the NVC send them back my I130 😡

should I call NVC? if you called them how did you get a hold of them?

you need to get in your case and send and inquiry, I added my receipts from 1485, I765 and I94, but if you want to call them the best hour is early morning and you have to wait like 30-40 min. They start at 7am EST, so I call at 7 am O’clock (if you call 6:59 they don’t answer) and you should explain that the applicant is legally in the USA and is already in a process of adjustment of status

My husband is a USA citizen but he live outside the country. He want to file for me i130. And also 6 years a go i went for DV lottery married visa interview but was rejected the relationship did not work out so am divorce. Will this effect my case and also my husband living in an other country will also affect me or prevent me not to have a visa.

@pixal chuy, what did you do at the end? I just recived my inquiry from NVC and they said: thanks for let us know talk to the USCIS, luckily my husband put an inquiry in USCIS too and they are reviewing the inquiry 😭

@pixal chuy Good! with my inquiry to USCIS they OPEN my case again and sent back to USCIS. they aparoved again today

what did they approve again?

I mean they correct the notice, because the las one said that my husband asked to send to the NVC, and this one said that I have to submit with the 1485. ( in my line was: -approved -sent to NVC -reopen the case -review the case -approved

and NCV send my and email that they returned my case to USCIS

did you said that the beneficiary is in USA correct? because if not forget everything that I wrote! sorry
