Good afternoon everyone!
As every day hoping approvals for all of us!🍀 I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced any issue with Emma today … on Monday night I received an email that USCIS received my inquiry from 10/11/2024 but I never submitted anything so I was so confused, I asked my husband and he only check the case status through Lawfully and CaseTracker so he never submitted any inquiry either … so yesterday I spoke with a live agent and she was so rude, she told me my case was within normal time so I cannot keep messaging them, I told her I was contacting because of the email I received, but anyway … today I tried to contact them again through Emma and I cannot even get access to my account, anybody else experiencing the same?
