Emma Chat Issue: Doesn’t connect to live agent
Have anyone been able to chat to Emma Live agent lately?
I’ve been trying for weeks now and every time after a series of automated questions, it defaults to “couldn’t connect to live agent”.
have anyone experienced something similar? any advice on how to overcome it to finally get through?

Yes, happens to me. You just have to keep trying. Some days I can’t connect at all, and some days I can connect after many tries. So annoying.

I tried through cell phone worked for me, it wasn't wirking from laptop

@MD Kashif preferred language, phone number, case number, reason for trying to contact the agent, zip code, if I’m military, email address. once I answer all, it immediately says “couldn’t connect to an agent”
