expedite EAD as health care worker
today my 3rd expedite request denied as a health care worker I sent all the documents job letter and letter from my employer that they have shortage of nurses I feel like they are not approving expedite request anymore I saw a lot of post denied expedite request .
I asked them why does it say on USCIS website that health care worker are eligible for expedite request when u gonna deny it agent told me it’s up to officer he have the right to deny it wow
am so frustrated it’s been 9 months my EAD pending
