F2A to IR1
Hi all, my husband sponsored me while he was a GC holder but now he become a US citizeship. I write a letter with evidence to USCIS but nothing updated. i chatted with Emma they say case was received please continue to wait. its been 2 month haft already. what should i do?

It usually takes 2-3 days to upgrade. keep calling and writing to them that will enable them schedule you for an interview soon.

same here Updated in June start but still waiting every time we are getting same response to wait as they have too much workload.

Have been waiting on upgrade for 9 months now. I'm sick 😫

they only said case has been received. they will inform me once it updated. what do you think? do i have to call congress report about my problem?
