im 100 and something days since approval and no medical RFE

@Shari I wonder what it is for. I submitted a lot of paperwork/evidence etc. medical is the only thing I can think of

@mari m , my vawa got approved on February 2024 too , but uscis sent me aa notice for medical on July 2024 unfortunately me and my attorney didn’t get any medical rfe , my online account didn’t showed any thing about medical. I found out it on my last day, time was over . I mailed them a copy of my medical on October 7 without any rfe copy . October 9 uscis asked me to send them my rfe even time was over . now charlotte office had two copies of my medical. again there is not any update regarding were them received by uscis . the only thing are proof from usps . by end of December, is going to be 4 years my 485 pending, vawa 10 months has been approved. I don’t know what I do need to do😩😩😩😩😥😥

@hope hope this is crazy. we’ve been waiting for almost 4 years and other cases get approved so much faster. I hope by the end of year we have our gc in hand. I got my advance parole and I really want to travel and see my family.
