@Raul Mayor my I-140 PD was Jan 30 2023. approved without premium process on Mar 2023. I had to wait till Jan 2024 so be able to send the I-485 because of the all situation with the visa bulletin… 🙏🏼

@K RM Thanks for the reply. My PD and timeline is very similar to yours. I also had to wait until Jan 2024 because of visa bulletin before I could file AOS. Patiently waiting since.

@Ramon Adegoke you are absolutely right! it was mar 20, 2023! I got confused with the dates… the correct information is this: PD Jan 31, 2023. I-140 approved on Mar 20, 2023.
