GOOD NEWS!
Everyone who is in same process as me, my husband came to USA with K1 visa last year of December. We applied for I-485 on January this year but case was rejected for 3 times due to incorrect filing fee. When you apply for these application, please ready through carefully!!!! We accidentally marked on the part incorrectly and fixed on our 4th time. The case was delivered on Apr 16 and did not received a mail nor email.
But on 5/30 husband received a text message saying case was received. On 5/31 he’s schedule for biometric!!!

oh wow, and you had to pay the new fee! Glad that everything is moving now. They have received my package on the 28th but I haven’t received any notifications yet. I’m so stressed.

be patient,I got here last year in May on K1 but you should get your work authorisation within 2-3month so the husband can work as support you.

@Sb yk well as of Apr , 2024 you need to pay $1,440.00 for I-485 & for I-765 you have to pay separate fee for $260.00
