Got CRP today although just becoming current?
Hi,
My PD is Oct 22 (EB3-2) and I just became current again today (after the retrogress a few months ago).
However, my status just changed to Case Remains Pending today, which I think just for case that is not current?
any ideas there?

the Oct bulletin won’t be effective until October, so it’s still posible why you became CRP. Once it hits 10/1, your case will be resumed processing.

“Case Remains Pending” message indicates that the I-485 application has been reviewed, but cannot be approved due to lack of an available visa number.
