green card situation
I am seeking consultation regarding my green card situation under the EB-3 unskilled worker category. My process was initiated through Employer A, with whom I obtained an approved Labor Certification and I-140. Later in the process, I was moved to Employer B under the job portability rule. I began working for Employer B on my EAD but left after six months due to inconsistent scheduling and insufficient hours from employer . At the time, the attorney handling my case advised that I was not required to continue working until I received my green card. I have now received my green card, but both the attorney and Employer B are pressuring me to return to work. I would like to understand the legal obligations associated with this situation and the potential consequences if I choose not to return to work for Employer B. Thank you for your guidance.

what’s your attorney’s justification? only thing I can think of is that if you don’t work, it may raise questions later when renewing your green card or naturalizing
USCIS IS A MESS3d
Attorney is working for his pocket and surely siding with your employer because he is trying to maintain good relationship with them. The only party that gives an eff about you, is you. Put yourself first, forget whatever any lawyer and their suckers will tell you, you will have no trouble with USCIS. And no, YOU WILL NOT BE DENIED NATURALIZATION because you did not work for your employer after your greencard, you did 6months with them already, there are gazzilion reasons you can give whoever will interview you. Again, do not listen to people trying to dupe you

@m t I did worked for them for Six months but left without proper hours and improper schedule
USCIS IS A MESS3d
I am damn sure you PAID out of pocket for your processing Ignore whatever threat they are issuing, so many people have been through this already. EMPLOYMENT IN THE USA IS "AT-WILL" EMPLOYMENT.. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SHOULD FORCE YOU TO WORK! DO NOT JOIN QUEUE OF COWARDS WHO NEVER PUT THEMSELVES FIRST. THESE LAWYERS AND THESE CROOK COMPANIES DO THIS BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, THEY WOULDN'T DARE HOLD A CANDLE TO CITIZENS WHO KNOW THEIR RIGHT BLOCK ALL THEIR CONTACTS AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE YOU ARE DONE WITH THEM
USCIS IS A MESS3d
Lastly, lemme say it again in case you did not read it first time THERE IS ZERO, ZERO CONSEQUENCE FOR NOT GOING BACK TO THEM. LET ME WRITE IT AGAIN, ZERO CONSEQUENCE... IF YOU ARE SO AFRAID, CONSULT A NEUTRAL LAWYER DO NOT LISTEN TO ATTORNEYS HIRED BY BDV AND OTHER SLAVERY COMPANIES

@USCIS IS A MESS that's what I'm planning to do. consulted with one of the attorneys he suggested it better to go if conditions are not favorable I should have some kind of proof that there wasn't enough hours to support that with evidence
