I got my h4 extension from Texas. I am still waiting on my EAD decision at California

Oh ohk. you can check out Wasten Banias litigation. hope it may help. they are accepting new plaintiffs

I did try contacting lawyers rarlier but they said Texas will dismiss cases so it’s not worth it.

Yeah all the best. not sure when premium will be enabled but it’s worth spending on litigation then waiting for premium.
