Had interview last week. The officer said she would approve our case after receiving our file from the NVC. I opted for the consular processing when applying for I-140. Any idea of timeline?

you can request NVC to return your i140 - its actually faster because you are sure that its requested.

Following. I select IVP in my I-140 but switched to AOS instead by filing I-485

yes ask for a return to the field office, it it may likely go to NBC first

yes - you can request that all online. Within 24hours they will send you an email a knowledgin receipt and then when they have sent it.

They sent the standard response. Stated at the end that they will tell me about sending me petitition to uscis once they ask for it.
