Another year has passed, and we are now six months without any significant updates on IOE09231. Let's hope for some good news soon, even though the current priority is completely on cases with prioritized processing and those ready for Adjustment of Status (AOS). It is what it is… #I140 Ps. My PD is mid-Nov and Actively reviewing on mid December 2023’ Wishing y’all good luck! This new chapter, and hopefully faster and Positive adjudications.

Same here. PD is 6th Nov 2023 eb2. Current profile is 700 citations with 22 publications, 10 as first author. 2 patents, provisionally filed, STEM. Any thought's on eb1a eligibility?

@Uchi ha The approach to applying for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) is completely different from that of the EB-1A visa. The NIW focuses on future contributions, while the EB-1A relies on past achievements that demonstrate how you stand out in your field. If you have strong evidence of your accomplishments, it would be beneficial to seek a free evaluation with an immigration lawyer. I have a similar profile, including published books, patents, television interviews, citations, and experience reviewing master's students in STEM fields. However, I did not qualify for the EB-1A visa because my profile primarily illustrates my future potential rather than past achievements. Additionally, I am not among the top contenders in my field, which makes it quite challenging to prove eligibility.

nov-2023 is not current yet so that is one thing but i completely understand waiting is painful! hope you get approval soon!

the waiting period is so stressful. But I think Nov 2023 will be approved soon. I saw Oct 2023 getting approved last December.
