@diamond b congratulations…My wife expedite couple of weeks ago and submitted proof a week after since then no updates nor denied.

hey could you tell me did you just fax all of the proofs as one document or separately?

mine was approved the same way a few days ago, although I didn't show anything except the job offer

I received a proof request from USCIS after I requested the expedition. I used an app called “fax” to fax to USCIS via the number they emailed me, which is 802-860-6933. I did have to put an area code on the app so I assumed it was (+1) as an US number. Please let me know if anyone has experience with this app or if I should just fax it at office depot instead.

mine got approved as well I’m health care employee and my daca expires 07/23. do you have daca as well ? if you do did you renew even though you received your C09 EAD

@diamond b @S A After submitting prof does the status changes to proof received or directly changed from biometrics to card produced? I reached out to live agent they keep saying wait for the approval. Not sure if they received my documents.

@P R yeah so, I’m meant to start my job at Health Partners this next week. But my EAD hasn’t been shipped yet. They are backlogged 75k EAD and 50k green cards. You’ll be approved a day or 2 after you submit your evidence

@P R no, it doesn’t change till they make a decision. when I reached out to a live agent after 3 days of faxing proof, they told me my case has been assigned to an officer and I would get an update soon.

thanks for prompt response @diamond b @S A. I think we are not one of those luckiest people who got there Expedite request approved in days or weeks. I just keep waiting.

@S A This entire immigration process itself a takes time on top of it cards backlog is big pain. I hope you get your card soon.

@S A @P R I’m still waiting for my EAD as well. I got the approval notice in the mail last week but no update on my card
