Hello everyone 🚨 USCIS Denied My I-130 – I Filed a Motion to Reopen! 🚨
My I-130 petition for my wife was denied because I mistakenly submitted the wrong Form I-130A after receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE). To fix this, I filed Form I-290B (Motion to Reopen) with the correct I-130A, the denial notice, the RFE, and the required fee. Now, I’m waiting for USCIS to review my case. Has anyone else filed an I-290B? How long did it take? #USCIS #I130 #I290B #MotionToReopen #ImmigrationJourney

it took me just under or at 90 days for a response from April to July 2024 , I wasn’t denied but they closed my case so when I got what they needed I reopened the case slightly different from a denial but same form , never give up !
