@tas smith no the status for my i130 also shows “Interview was Scheduled”. We submitted the i30 & the i485 at the same time

ok you will get good news soon lately they haven't been approving on the spot some people waiting for months which is just crazy to me

I didn't get oral approval on the spot too but my caes updated to approved after 7 days done the interview

@tas smith I know right I though the same thing, looks like a lot of people are waiting after they do their interview, if theres nothing wrong they should be approving on the spot to speed up all these backlogs

@JVA believe me even in ir5 cases people here waiting am like what for you can't change your parents

been two days after second interview and still on case schedule for interview

@LA 20 why did you need a second interview? did they tell you on your first one that you needed a second one? what field office was it?

@JVA had my first case in that hell hole Texas in 2020 didn't heard a thing after biometrics so my lawyer decided to refile again thank God this time it's at nbc

Yes Dallas field office is really slow. Mine I-485 receipt date is Feb.10，2020 but we got interviewed on 05/20/2022 that's more than two years

@Aussie Brown wow thats so long, did you get approved on the interview? is your spouse a USC?

We didn't get oral approval on the spot but case status updated to case was approved 7 days after the interview and yesterday got message said my card already been mailed to me. Yes marriage based spouse USC

that's a crazy long journey

Our interviewer told us we were approved on the spot too, said we should expect to receive GC in 2 weeks, and it’s been a month now and online status still says “interview was scheduled” marriage based USC, field office El Paso 🤦🏻‍♀️

obviously that’s their new tactics 😞 either been told or not , one should just continue to pray 🙏

@Mary J wow 2 months, what did they tell you after your interview ended? did it alo go well? my field office was santa ana in california, how about yours?

My case pending too long over two years but after 05/20 Friday done interview. even I didn't get oral approval on the spot my case status updated very fast. I already received my GC in hand yesterday 06/02 so total around 10 working days got the GC

Finally the status message online changed to case approved, took 42 days after interview! good luck to all of you waiting, just need to be patient, theyre taking a while to process these I guess

Congratulations! hopefully we hear good new soon, we are still waiting 62 days after interview, the wait is terrible but it is going to be worth it!
