@Kamelia: yes, it happened to me too. I think the USCIS just copied and pasted to make my 9 pages RFE. The officer used “his” like 6 times for me. mean while I’m “her”. and mistakenly used different field for me. during the RFE response, the lawyer raised those things up. But I still collect more evidence (independent letters, testimonials) to add in.

yes. I was very disappointed and angry with how the RFE content was written. I felt mistreated. took a while to accept the reality. delay my time. took 3 months of work for me and the lawyer to respond to the RFE. now is the waiting time again for the final decision. good luck with your RFE response!

Same here, in my RFE gender was mixed up many places. And ref addresses different field as well. My background is chemistry, RFE asked about clinical treatments which I have no clue!

@Kamelia Zer.. did you sibmit a business plan in responding to the RFE? i received an rfe also but according to the lawyer that i consultef, my rfe was a better one because it was a clearer rfe.. no mixed ups.. but challenged the 3 prongs.

I submitted my RFE response with Premium processing upgrade. Got approved in 6 days.

really. My original submission date is in October 2021. The current policy for premium processing allows people submitted before August 2021. will my application qualify? I’ll ask my lawyer tmr.

can we use pp for rfe with priority date Nov 2021 ? what did your lawyer say about the pp foryour rfe?

@rashi wim : I am just qualified for PP since September 15 announcement. i submitted my PP upgrade today (after 69 days of RFE response without any final decision). do you mind sharing about the status update of your case after Pp upgrade? do they said your case is upgraded?

@Hope D: Yes, mine was updated same day of pp upgrade was submitted to uscis. I recived paper copy by mail in 4 days.
