Unfortunately, concurrent filers who file 526 and 485 often have to wait significantly longer periods compared to those who submit their 485 form after 526 approval.

I have my 526e approved in January 2024 still waiting on 485 to be approved. original filling date February 2023. did you received Fuve years combo card?

@Sean Zhang Great that’s as good as green card I have applied for my renewal for both since they are expiring in may 2025. Have you filled 485 with California service center?

@Sam P Yes. Almost 90 days after 526E approval. still waiting. I have seen someone get approval after 2 weeks.

@Sean Zhang which company you have filled with I have seen on google that eb5united someone got approve for 485 in two months: I can’t raise service request because the processing time says 25.5 months in California service center. but I will surely put here in case of any update on my 485! you also do the same if you hear anything

my 526E is still pending after 7 months, hopefully get it approved soon

It’s been 8 months since my I-526 is approved, still I-485 is pending. I-485 was concurrently filed in September 2022. I-526 was approved in May 2024.

@Dhruv M Is your project rural as well? Have you seen other people in your project got approval? It is the waiting game for us now. lol

@Dhruv M I mean three categories of the EB5 set aside: rural, high unemployment, infrastructure. Mine is rural.

okay mine in unreserved !the categorization of rural, etc., is applicable only to I-526Es filed after March 15, 2022, mine was filed in 2019.

@Sean Zhang ,i526E approval in 9 months feels pretty fast. Filed my i526E under rural 10 months back, still waiting to hear back. Hope you get your i-485 approval soon.

Sounds like 485 will usually gets approval after 6 months when 526/E gets approval. Let’s wait.
