my friend sent her response of evidence 7 months ago she still wanting

it depends. I sent my RFE to NBC and they haven’t touched it in 9 months or so. If it’s at a field office it should be faster. but there is absolutely zero way to know. they do things at their own speed. @Emre Aydiner

did you send it to a field office or NBC? If a field office then probably. again, absolutely nothing is predictable with them. some people wait years and some people wait hours. I wish you the best!!! @Emre Aydiner

ask Emma every once in a while if your case has transferred to a field office. it’s usually shortly after that that you will get a decision. @Emre Aydiner

2 years ago I sent RFE to NBC and it took 8 months to get a response and the response was them requesting a another RFE now I have been waiting for 7 months. I know some people get a response in 1-2 months some 8-9 months it just depends

my RFE response was submitted on 4/29 it's going to be almost three months since and nothing other than changing from the 4 months on 4/29 to 3 months til answer on 7/16... I don't understand them at all I had an approved i-130 and work permit was approved on 5/6 through TPS not I-485, my RFE was sponsor's income though I am except since I have already earned my 40 SS credits, yet still I sent both I-864w (exception form) and the regular i-864 sponsor's income, along with 20 yrs of proof of relationship

and properties owned and what not plus we've been married for 8 years already and still NOTING. it's aggravating.
