i do it maybe once per two -three weeks.

they have the record i tried to talk secind time the agent said you just talked few days back so I dont feel like chatting very frequently. anyway it does not even helo talking with live agent

Understood but if you get hold with tier 2 USCIS officer you will get correct info but tier 1 USCIS officer chat/calling doesnt have more access like tier 2 USCIS officer do . So calling and chattin with them tier 1 is waste of time .

You literally paid for a service and you’re entitled to get answers/ updates. no worries!

i used to be in a group chat with people who have the same field office as i do.At that time I just filed and most of them were already getting their interviews scheduled.So they kept telling that talking to live agent every day speeded up their interview scheduling.I don’t know of it’s true.I asked my lawyer,she said that it’s not a good strategy and if I want to get updates-I can do it weekly,not every day or every other day

I think they dont have all the information maybe like @TX BOY said. Coz one of em told me my case is put on a queue that schedules interview and has been transferred to field office, next day when i chatted thry said the complete opposite, so i been trying to chat with them again and again to find the right info

Ho pe,same!i was told in November that as of November 22 i was put on a queue for an interview.And I’ve been waiting since then.and I spoke to live agents couple times after that and all they said was “your case is still pending “.I asked about “what about that queue?” they said “all i can see that your case has not been scheduled for an interview.we will send you a letter once you are scheduled “blah blah blah

yea exactly same words aswell @A sy, you know the frist guy kinda messed up, if he/she hadnt talk abt getting on queue and all, then I wouldn’t have got all excited and just quitly waited since eveyones waiting and i m very much aware that the processing time are longer now

why waste your time-those contracted agents can’t tell you any meaningful information

@TX BOY, I spoke with tier 2 and his supervisor , none of them was able to give me an update information. they read exactly what Emma read to me . very pathetic uscis

Hi Folks, I was told that on Jan 18th that your case was transferred to your field office to schedule your interview .Then waited 3 weeks but nothing has been a schedule and when I called them and chat with them they told me my case still at the National benefit center . askin my self what the hell in the world that theyre give us misinformation rather then solving our issues . Guys give you one scenario my field office Harlingen Field office isnt that busy at all . I seen my cousin n-400 took him from oct 1st to dec 17 oath then my friend applied Dec 27 and get done Jan 27th that faster . so I will conclude that it all depends on the officer that handling your case in the National Benefit center or other service centers how faster he/she get it done . its all waste of time / energy to bother our self to talk to this people everyday or other week . let us believe GOD and wait . all the best to your guys

@ EB1-B uscis contact center schedule for tier 2 office to call me and he did but he and his supervisor gave no new information . Not helpful at all

i had similar experience as wel,l chat agent started giving me different information evey time i chat so i asked for tire 2 officer on the chat, after multiple request the person finally agreed and put a request for me got a call exactly 30 days later The dude who called me was rude, didnt even let me finish what exactly my question was and simple told me to wait your field office processing time is uoto 35 months so just wait, the dude had a think hispanic accent, like thick thick not just little bit and he was rude, honestly i thought someone was pulling a prank on me at frist, till i compared the number that chat lady gave me and the number i got call from, and they matched. i did do a survey on him and explained eveything that had happen
