the only way you can access it is by logging on to your online account. I don’t know if EB cases have that but if you do, you can check there or you’ll have to wait until it arrives in the mail.

Could be medical or anything. There aren’t any firm answers or a list out there. For me it was my medical and all my I-94 stamps.

hi @national interest applicante I am still trying to make sense of the requests on the RFE because basically they requested ALL the basic documents required for the initial submission, all of which, at least from my point of view, have already been submitted. I’m really hoping here that this RFE is just a mistake by the USCIS officer who had not been able to go through all the documents I submitted.

@muhammad Nadeem my attorneys received my RFIE after approximately 5 days from uscis submission. basically the requests challenged all three prongs but they apparently missed most of the documents I had already sent and kept pointing out inconsistencies such as lack of companies letterheads on the experience letters which was completely mistaken given that all companies experience letters I submitted had letterheads and were signed by HR departments. Its been 18 days since they got my response so now I’m waiting back from them to see how did that go

@Icbrj777 thanks a lot for your response. you are saying 100% right . they are not checking carefully , I have received notice with Typo error . my university name mentioned in Petitioner box. I mentioned them this error. your attorneys received RFIE after 5 days ? They are saying me wait 10 to 14 days for delivery ? I am confused now what they are sending ? why 2 weeks for delivery ? they are not accountable?

@Muhammad, my officer too is asking for more evidence for EB1 prongs, after submitting tons of it. Did you file RFE by yourself or you used an attorney? I'm hoping I can learn from your RFE response draft.
