How to get past EMMA and talk to a person?
I did info pass but it keeps redirecting me to different links that don't answer mt questions. I keep trying to ask EMMA which service center is my case being processed at but it keeps giving me the link to check case status Can someone please guide me on this? Thanks in advance!

Tell Emma you want to talk to an agent . keep telling her until you get one . it’s pretty straightforward.

Just type 'live agent' in Emma chat

well USCIS is closed so that would be why you can talk to someone. live chat closes at 8 PM est

You can try saying check my case status, I no longer have access to my Receipt number and then they will connect you a live agent
