how to pay the fees
I am filing a motion to reopen an asylum case with the judge after a deportation order, where do I pay the fees, it says to pay the fees to Department of Homeland Security and to send the receipt with the motion to the court but I don't know where to pay that fee to DHS and get the receipt. I'm in NY
