you can just file a motion to terminate proceedings based on approved I-130 immediately you don’t have to wait for March to do so then after the immigration judge grants you your termination you will go ahead and file you I-485 package if you didn’t do them so yet But in the event that you already filed that package you will just go and send uscis a letter to adjudicate your case along with the approval from the judge stating that termination of removal proceedings has been granted

Did you get your Termination before hearing? If yes, how long took to receive the response from the judge?

first it must approve from general attorney then send back to your lawyer then lawyer will send it to the judge to dismiss removal proceedings. there is no processing time but I would say 2 months approximately.

However I have doubts regarding my lawyer at this point because he’s been slow and avoiding communication. My question is when you check your court case status, do you see any motions filed? I don’t see any.

your lawyer can only submit your request to terminate asylum case but he/she can’t do anything else or there is no way to expedite the case. you can apply for inquiry. how long did take to get approved from government attorney?
