i-129 - L1 visa Texas centre processing time
Hi, has anyone recently had their i129 petition being aporoved. My extension was filed in early May and it’s approaching 6 months. i was wondering if there’s anywhere to find details on what month the centre is processing.
my work authorisation of 240 is met on 6th Jan 2022 and with the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas, it doesn’t sound too promising to get a resilt back in time.

Still waiting. Texas Service Center L1 extension with RD April 23th. Attorney's upgraded to premium processing today with filing i907 so hoping to get the decision in 15 days.

I had mine approved on the 1st of November, but paid premium processing so it only took 13 days.

Sorry, could clarify what you mean by RD, are you still waiting for an answer on your visa petition since March.

RD: Receipt Date. The date USCIS sets as the application receipt date

Oh I see, thanks for confirming. Ok it seems like there’s a backlog. Have made an inquiry about your case since the current recept date for case inquiry is 25th March 2021?

@C K Hi, did your case status update on USCIS to reflect premium processing? i’ve been informed a week ago my case was changed to premium but the case status with my original receipt number still shows the original submission date of petition

Yes on Now 3th it changed to request for premium processing received. Within less than an hour it again changed to case received with receipt date as Nov 3. I got approval last week.

Certain type of applications are allowed in premium processing when filed to USCIS. You pay $$$ premium processing fee with i907 and USCIS commits to adjudicate within 15 days.
