I-130 & I-485 concurrent filing
US citizen filing for a parent. It's been more than 3 months since we submitted the response to RFE. USCIS website is not showing National Benefits Center in check processing time page. Anyone has any idea how long will it take to get approval?

we are under same category still waiting interview is waived in June filled in November same national benefit center but still depends on field office

the NBC in some cases doesn't matter, what matters is your filed office, that will tell you how long it will take.

Same category here my PD 12/17/2021. also NBC. nothing! No action! Hopefully it ll give me surprises before end of this month that is says Case Approved..Just a wishful thinking!

they scheduled our interview to local Field office in June and we went there then they told us that your interview is waived and after that nothing happened

is there any time-frame for USCIS to respond after we submit response to their RFE? Everywhere online it says wothin 60-90 days USCIS decides on the case.

Filed RFE response on November 2021 and still waiting on a decision for the I-130.

hello Valay,
just a quick question do we need to submit I-130 and I-485 both at the same time? I have submitted only I-130 and it is still under review. just curious if I need to submit that or if I can submit the form I-485. Do I need to wait for USCIS?

@ mit Patel it's best to do them together so go ahead and do i485 i765 i131 together now don't waste no more time

@Mit Patel, if you are in the U.S, you must submit the I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 all together. You can only submit the I-130 form alone if you are not in the U.S.
