It will be fine. you guys had a lawyer to help you respond to the NOID, you you will be approves. in the mean time you can upload any other additional documents you have on your uscis online account. even the birth and death certificate of your passes daughter will still be very useful to prove your marriage is legit. sorry about you loss. Honestly, with or without a baby doesn’t make much of a difference if your NOID response doesn’t work. so let us know the reason for the NOID for a better advice.

@favour The NOID cited some discrepancies in my divorce nissi, address history, suspected marriage fraud and some other ridiculous accusations. Unfortunately I can't paint a vivid picture of the situation here but that is the best summary I can give. But I contracted a lawyer that managed to help give a response to the NOID hopefully his efforts are enough to change the adjudicators mind.

@Maverick stay positive your approval is coming, I once got into the same situation, my application was pending for 4years, I have to write them personally to withdraw my application, it was the best decision for me at that time. Your approval is coming, stay positive.

@Maverick, Yes you can write them and withdraw your application, hence their decision is still pending, however I will strongly advise you not to, your application will be approve, there is absolutely nothing God cannot do, then I had to withdraw mine, because it was the best and right thing to do as at that time.

@maverick. I am so sorry you are going through this. I pray your case gets approved very very soon. I did not receive a NOID, but my case was not approved after 2 yrs of interview. I contacted our congressman, and it was approved the next week. most people contact congress man & it doesn’t work, but the magic with contacting congress is how well and sympathetic you write your congress. The way you write that request to congress is what matters. I am Nigerian too. Good luck with everything.
