hello everyone
I need help please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏
my case was at #NVC I was waiting for schedule interview..
but unfortunately I've gotten an email that I have an update that I have to check my account..
once I logged into my account I got this message..

#We returned immigrant visa petition .... to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). If you have more questions about this case, please contact USCIS.

why they have returned my case  .. is that a reason to refuse my visa.. or what 
please guys help me 😓🙏🙏
