I-131
My friend has an I-131 that is being returned because of not checking the appropriate box for Application Type. (Has child in the Military seeking advance parole inside the US) Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Hi Teresa, there is a new version of i-131. Make sure when your friend resubmits her form it's the new version or it will once again be denied. I believe it's Part 1, section 5, box M(other) that they will need to check and write "military parole in place."
