I-131 Emergency
Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had experience with expediting I-131 for advance parole while having a pending I-485? We filed I-131 on June 21, 2024, at the Texas Service Center, and the only update we've received is that the case was received. At the time, my grandpa was sick, but he passed away last month. They instructed me to upload documents to my USCIS account, but I can't find the inbox. I've already requested an access code and called USCIS, but I still can't get the code. Is there another way to expedite the I-131? Where can I send or upload the death certificate? This situation is extremely stressful, and my lawyer refuses to help.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I really need to go home Asap, next month as my grandma is not in good health too.

i expedite mine and it was still delaying me .. So I called USCIS and explain to them over the phone so they had to quickly book me an appointment to walk in at my field office and talk to them in person .. They had me pay a new fee and give it to me in person but you gotta hold all your evidence to show them to enable them believe you …
