I-131 travel permit
My VAWA was approved 1 year and 1 month ago. I sent the medicals after imigration requested them and so far nothing had changed. I decided in February to apply for the travel permit for the first time and today I got the letter saying that the fees were waived. When should I expect the travel permit? any idea?

No, to a citizen! But I was in removal proceedings and I termineted the court in November 2023. That’s why is taking long.

@ CD you should have allowed the judge to adjust you in court after your VAWA was approved. The court adjustment of status after your VAWA is approved is faster especially when your lawyer files a motion for earlier hearing to adjust status.
