I-140 With Premium Processing, Responded to RFE
I upgraded to Premium Process for EB-2 I-140 after waiting for long time and received RFE in a week.
My attorney (Employer) Responded to RFE within the timeframe and status is updated to "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" and its been 6 days so far with no update further, usually online i found that status will be updated to Actively been checked in a couple days.
What can i do, Waiting is to much of pressure.

they have 15 days since you submit the RFE. I used to have RFE with my O1 and the status was never "actively been checked", "received" then "approved" only. After 15 days you can have refund for PP while they still process your case. hope it helps. good luck ✨
