My lawyer missed to include the medical exam when replying to the RFR, so my case was denied bc of that

I 485 appeals generally get addressed faster. the timeline depends purely on the allotted visa officer for your case. wait for 60 days and see if something moves. Attorney should advise you if you can refine new items wait times get your cases reopened. what have you applied for- motion to reopen or Motion to reconsider?

@Reece Yes!! my case was reopened and approved with in 3 months of sending my appeal. phew! :)

yes my lawyer filed motion to reopen on December 6 2021

Gotcha! I'm sure you will hear something by end of February! :) The minute they approve they send it to production so you will receive your green card within a week! Let me share my timeline....

Hello @Reece I am having the same issue. USCIS lost my medical exam, I responded to RFE with new medical exam. 5 months later, I received a denial decision because they say I did not respond to the RFE letter.. smh What is your recent status and plan of action? Did you hear anything back regarding your appeal?

I have a 1290b case file since august 2021

Hi am here to encourage someone going through the process of petitioning. I filled my case back in 2019 April after denial letter . It has taken 3yrs for immigration to respond. My lawyer had to fill another form I can't remember it's name that forced the immigration to take a look at my case. They finally approved it on August 12th 2022. I received my greencard by mail on the 15th. I thank God. Don't give up keep pushing.

What is the reason to file for I-290B in your case.?

My i29B is for i485 form.. how long does it take ? Because they need the latest tax form the reason they denied
