Hello Lawfully Fam!!! I hope your week has started off well. I have a question about an application that I sent to USCIS. I’ve sent my application for Adjustment of Status to USCIS through USPS. I submitted the documents to USPS on the 15 of May, which is 3 weeks from this week. it was supposed to be delivered to USCIS P.O. Box the next following day, and the post office provided a checking code when I checked the package it says it left Jacksonville center on the 18 of May and I did not hear anything until on the 23rd it says the package has arrived at the Dallas facility @401 TOM LANDRY HWY, Dallas Tx 75260-9998. That was the last update I got from the post office. it never showed if the package has delivered to the uscis P.O. Box it worries me because I haven’t seen any transaction done in my account from uscis that makes me feel like they don’t receive my case. Is there anyway I can contact uscis about this issue? or do I have to wait? how long? please, please any thoughts will be appreciated. thanks

Just wait up for the receipt to come in ✉️ If it don’t come in for like a month, yeah, something is wrong they didn’t received it but once they receive it, they will send you a receipt of following week

now a days its usually taking 4-6 weeks to get the receipt notice. so just wait for sometime and see wether the check you submitted has been encashed.If check is encashed then u will get the receipt soon.

@Sri N yes that’s what I am hoping to see sometime this week if the check will be cashed out.
