Doesn’t matter where you submitted your application. Most AOS application gets processed at NBC before it’s be sent to your local office for interview. NBC also usually will process and approve your I-756.

I was approved for mine in about 2 and a half months. But to be honest, wait times can be long because of backlog.

same boat! submit application November 16 2020 and get my receipts on December 3 2020. no more updates since then, waiting for biometric appointment. Arizona filled send paperwork to Chicago lockbox married bábese (130,131,485 and 765) all in one package

hi @vb. what application did you file and did biometrics for?? I applied for extension of status I539 and did biometrics (although I used my maiden name then) is there a chance my fingerprints can be reused??

@seyi R i filed I-130, I-485 and I-765. my biometrics were reused for I-485 and I-765. They were reused from my ex-husband asylum case which I dropped out of 4 years ago. So if they can locate your biometric I think they will reuse it too, since they try to speed everything up
