I have the same pd. June 30,2021. I did my biometrics in September and I did my interview in November. I haven't heard anything else. it's just saying they reviewing my case

Do you have an account with USCIS? There you can see the current status of your application. My priority date is 07/29, took bio on 12/17/21 and they have scheduled an interview for January, I'm in Orlando. Where is your Field Office? My receipt is IOE09128.

@Y V G the USCIS website isn't updating. it doesn't even show that my interview was complete. it's just saying as of November 22nd USCIS is actively reviewing your case. I did my interview the 22nd of November 2021.

Well, it's difficult to understand how they work. My Bio was later, but I received an appointment. @ D pat have one earlier but doesn't have an appointment. I think it is dependent on the City of the interview.

@y v g woww i really don’t understand how they process. I do have accounts with USCIS and it just keep saying case is reviewing from past 169 days. we have samw priority date i took bio in September and haven’t heard anything no interviews or ead. i am in New Jersey I don’t know what would be field office but the receipt i git says national benefit center. my receipt is same IOE 09218

@ D pat. Crazy!!! The field office is the place where they sent your application for an interview, depending on your localization, Maybe NYC is busier than Orlando, and this is why they have not scheduled it. I have not received my EAD either. I think that I have to wait until the interview.

@yvg gotcha i was just looking at uscis case processing time website and when i checked for i-485 and selected location orlando assuming your field office would be that, i see your is feb 2020 and my field office is jan 2020. Indeed this is crazy

@patronia Johnson, as we know you had interviewed would you be able to share your experience like how was it and questions asked? that will help us a bit too

@D Pat, the interviewing officer was nice. she asked my husband and I about our parents, and the relationship we have with each other's parent. they asked about out children their names and date of birth. they asked my husband why he doesn't get along with my mom etc. it all depends on the officer you get and it all depends on the information you sent in to them.

@Y V G the officer told me she is gonna approve my case but I haven't seen anything as yet. the office I did my interview shows that it takes 10 to 22 months to be processed. so I am keeping my fingers crossed I will be blessed by new years.

YVG let me tell you , you are so lucky! my PD is June 21 .. Bio Nov 15 and .. I’m still waiting for any update .. I’m In Orlando too, but I think my case it hasn’t been adjudicate to the local office Yet . .. I am really desperate. I have been married for 9 years and now I am thinking it was a bad decision to come and make the AOS .. this is taking so much time , and is frustrating to see other’s people in the same boat waiting for years … 😞
