Lawfully noticed me and 5 days later, I got a mail of this transfer notice from uscis

mine was transferred a few days after receipt. I think it’s just something they do to level the load between center’s

I think nbc is faster

I know, I shouldn't rely on Lawfully prediction, but after I switch nsc to nbc on Lawfully apps, the chance increased from 32% to 60% which gives me a lot of hope right now, so I'm wondering if this transfer would actually speed up my case or not.

I don't understand what does that mean, but after I did my bio on 04/23 they updated on uscis a day later on the website like Lawfully did

I've been searching up few cases like me on Trackitt, most of them got approval a month later after their I-485 was transferred to nbc like me

Thank you, as far as I know, my case is still at Nbc, and it hasn't not transferred to Fo, so I don't know if the final decision on my I-485 is near or not

I'm in the same situation where my 485 case was transferred from TSC to NBC on 12/30/2021. I haven't had any new updates yet. Case was received: 6/24/2021 Fingerprint: 9/3/2021

My Emma has confirmed me mutiple-times that my I-485 is at NBC as well, but they told me I still be able keep track with the processing time by using the fo close to me which Newark, NJ(10-13.5), and my receipt date is almost there, so I might get gc in the next month or so

I got an update on my case today. They sent a Request for initial evidence letter. But I don’t know what it’s for right now. Do you have any updates?

Nope, nothing yet, many people claim if you've got the RFE, they usually waive your interview, I hope you get your soon, my PD is almost current too, so I would get a good new soon

my case (dependent) transferred to nbc on Jan 19. primary approved on jan 6 at NSC, eb2 - eb 3 downgrade, receipt date Dec 2020. waiting patiently. not sure if they schedule interview in this case.

Honestly, if your case is EB and your primary interview was waived, I don't see any reason they will ask you for interview though

Ya my wife was the primary in this case. No interview. Direct GC in Jan 2022 after biometrics appointment in Aug 2021. I do have a seperate EB2. Not sure if they have to do something with it before GC.

I'm Eb-3 unskilled, and the transfer letter notice said, they had done preliminary review on my case, and they transferred it to NBC
