how long did it take after submitting RFE (medical exam) to know whether you’ve been approved or denied for I-485? I’m at National Benefits Center

they took exactly one week to respond to mine (it was incomplete, so they sent another RFE). today marks one week that I sent the second one. I’m a nervous wreck checking my case, will keep you posted…

for me it’s been 8 days since they received my response and no news yet (field office)
édit: 15 days after rfe response I was approved

@LD!!! 7 months ago!! is too much … they’re supposed to answering in 90 days … ni more than that. so you can call or make an inquiry

I submitted 6/3, got notice “Card is Being Produced” this morning. Looks like they are working hard on it. NBC field office Brooklyn NY

did the rfe posted on case status? mine did not just recieved in the mail i already responded too jun10

not at all. nothing when RFE was received, nothing when RFE was responded. went straight from biometrics to approval. i think the medical rfe is dealt with pretty quickly now so its not even shown. totally normal. dont worry
