i-765 c09 standalone approval
I just received a message that my EAD is being produced . I check my uscis account the letter shows “i-765 c09 standalone approval “ Does this mean it is just the EAD that was approved?
My I-131 still shows we received your case and no update!

My EAD was produced as a standalone too. but after one month plus the 131 was also produced as a standalone too.
This is the gist:
I requested for an emergency parole. I was given 47days but barely after 30days plus When I was still outside the country I saw that the original 131 was approved as a standalone for a period of one year.

@Info How did you get your emergency parole after you have submitted the expedite request? Did you ask for a callback from Tier 2 officer?

I just call in and explain my situation ( Let them know it’s an emergency and they’ll asked you if you have evidence to support it) and was told someone will call me in about 3day to 5days to schedule an appointment at the local office
