yeah jerry i believe is a good sign because the first expedition was denied and just an email sent to me with my case status remaining same

I request uscis to send my approved petition (I-130) to nvc i didn’t select consular section

they may ask you for documents as proof

i contacted the Congresswoman office about my case before I got approved it take about a 65 days

over 3 months now, no update on that except they emailed me saying they sent the approval i130 to nvc. no welcome letter yet it's been almost one week.

California center is at 4 months of processing so no worries

you will get approved within that time

I filled them both with state and city, whereas I must have consulate processing instead

it still pending , no approval yet. i130 was approved by potomac

but they send it to nvc as they said

at first it comes to all of them on NBC, then they are distributed to the center where 130 was approved
