I’m a Oct 2019 filer and mine got Approved in October 2021 and I received EAD card c31 back in Sep 2021 so you should hopefully get approved within 2 months or so

VAWA can’t be expedited according to information gathered from a lawyer

VAWA process is exceptionally time consuming and frustrating, especially when you have no ead to be working

this February 19 will make my VAWA application exactly 2 years. biometrics done, received 3 prima facie notices, but no approval yet 😭😭🙏🙏🙏

file the vawa in June last year and got my EAD in March this year with the travel documents. So what's the chances of the l-360 approved

@kimmy D876, I’m on my fourth PF, but my comes on an automatic basis once it’s expired. I have never applied or request for it before. This last on for another 6 months.

a marriage impediment,my ex prof of citizenship,they wanted more evidence of our marriage a lease agreement bank statement and insurance along with other stuff…I don’t remember everything because I’m done with that case now.

@krish90 I was tired of going over the same thing over and over it was pointless living in the past of an abuser but everyone is different I chose a different route that allowed me to live the life I really wanted from the start.

I hope everyone who was in this little group got some good news over the past months🙏🏾 I’ve been through alot since applying and withdrawing my vawa application but thanks be to god all hope was not lost🙏🏾I’m not yet at the finish line but I am 3 quarters of the way all thanks to hope and prayers and giving life a second chance even though there’s still bad in this world. never give up on your dreams and never let anyone tell you that you can’t do it,follow your heart and stay praying🙏🏾🙏🏾
