you should be approved by the summer, VAWA is a 3 year process. I applied July 2020 and got approved March 2023.

@Sandra Dec2021 Normally it’s 3 years but there are exceptions which some may take longer and some may be shorter. I have seen people approved between 9 & 15 months but these are the exceptions. Just have faith and believe that anytime from now yours will come through.
